Visiting Nurse and Community Health has been providing quality home care for over 110 years. We are looking for reliable certified home health aides to provide compassionate personal care to patients in the home including assistance with transfers, ambulation, exercise programs and related household tasks under the supervision of a licensed RN.
Weekdays available. Possible off-shift, weekends and overnight hours as needed.
Qualified applicants must have the following:
• Dual Certificate: Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide through an accredited program and successful completion of the state competence exam.
• The ability to read, write, speak English and assist patients with activities of daily living are required.
• Access to a car and the willingness to travel.
